The GYXTC8Y 8 Core Fiber Optic Cable is an ultra-lightweight, self-supporting figure-8 aerial cable designed for outdoor telecommunications, broadband, and last-mile FTTH networks. Built with a compact unicore (central loose tube) design, it houses 8 high-quality single-mode optical fibers inside a water-blocking gel-filled central tube, ensuring low optical attenuation and superior protection against moisture ingress.

Designed for fast and cost-effective overhead installation, the GYXTC8Y features a non-armored, lightweight structure that significantly reduces cable sag and physical stress on utility poles. The cable is supported by an integrated messenger wire bound within a durable figure-8 Polyethylene (PE) jacket. To suit various span and mechanical load requirements, the messenger wire is fully customizable, offering options for either a galvanized steel strand wire or a single solid steel wire.
