Double Jacket ADSS Cable Large Span 200M to 1500M
ADSS Cable is loose tube stranded. The 250um bare fibers are positioned into a loose tube made of high modulus plastics. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The tubes and fillers are stranded around a FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) as a non-metallic central strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After the cable core is filled with filling compound. It is covered with thin PE (polyethylene) inner sheath. After stranded layer of armaid yarns are applied over the inner sheath as strength member, the cable is completed with PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.

Application:
The design of ADSS cable takes full account of the actual situation of power lines and is suitable for different grades of high voltage transmission lines. Polyethylene ( PE ) sheath can be used for 10 kV and 35 kV power lines. For 110 kV and 220 kV power lines, the optical cable hanging point must be determined by calculating the electric field strength distribution and the electric mark ( AT ) outer sheath must be adopted. At the same time, the amount of aramid fiber and the perfect stranding process were carefully designed to meet the application requirements of different spans.
Main Features:
1. Two Jacket and stranded loose tube design . Stable performance and compatibility with all common fiber types;
2. Track -Resistant outer jacket available for the high voltage ( ≥35KV)
3. Gel-Filled buffer tubes are S-Z stranded
4. Instead of Aramid yarn or glass yarn,there is no support or messenger wire required. Aramid yarn is used as the strength member to assure the tensile and strain Performance
5. Fiber counts from 6 to 288fibers
6. Span up to 1000meter
7. Life expectancy up to 30 years

All Dielectric Self-Supporting (ADSS) Cable Double Sheath is a type of fiber optic cable designed for aerial installations, typically used for telecommunication and data transmission applications.
