The GYXTC8Y 4 Core Fiber Optic Cable is a lightweight, self-supporting figure-8 aerial cable designed for outdoor telecommunications, broadband, and last-mile FTTH networks. Built with a compact unicore (central loose tube) design, it houses 4 high-quality single-mode optical fibers inside a water-blocking gel-filled central tube, ensuring low optical attenuation and protection against moisture ingress.

Unlike heavy armored cables, the GYXTC8Y features a non-armored, ultra-lightweight structure that reduces cable weight and wind loading on utility poles. The cable is supported by an integrated messenger wire bound within a durable figure-8 Polyethylene (PE) jacket. To meet various span and tensile requirements, the messenger wire is fully customizable, with options for either a galvanized steel strand wire or a single solid steel wire.
